Second manufacture unit of the train wheels

Thanks to the success of the first project (2002/2003), the Valdunes Belux company assigned us the complete management of the installation of the second manufacture line, included the laying out of a part of the workshop, function of the new flows and introduction in the line of 2 additional controle machine.

At the end of this project, the company realized to triple its productivity and to keep its 2002 employement rate.
