New production unit of wheel train manufacture

In 2002, the Valdunes Belux company has decided to realize a new investment in order to considerably increase its production and decrease in the same time the cost in order to compete with the east countries.

The objectif is to convert from a traditional manufacture line (initially composed of a set of individual stations) to an full automatised production line.

In this project, we took the responsability of the complete project management as much in the technical level as in the financial one.
